THINGS TO NOTE: Smoking: Smoking (including vaping and e- cigarettes) is not allowed anywhere on the apartment premises. You will be charged a fine if there is evidence of smoking (including the smell of smoking) in the apartment. Rubbish / Bin Collection: Please ensure that all of your rubbish is placed in the dustbins provided prior to check out. For stays longer that 5 days, cleaners are available (at a fee) to remove accumulated rubbish and place in the bin store on level LG (-1). If you do not wish to have a cleaner do this, you will be responsible for disposing of your rubbish for the duration of your stay. Noise & Gatherings: Noise disturbances of any kind and gatherings of guests and/or including guests who are not part of the apartment booking will not be tolerated. The apartment has a strict no noise and party policy which must be adhered to. Pre-Check in: Guests are required to digitally sign our rental agreement, verify their ID and provide a damage deposit (which is fully refundable following check out - as long as there are no damages or losses at the apartment.
