THINGS TO NOTE: Smoking: Smoking (including vaping and e- cigarettes) is not allowed anywhere on the apartment premises. You will be charged a fine if there is evidence of smoking (including the smell of smoking) in the apartment. Rubbish / Bin Collection: Please ensure that all of your rubbish is placed in the dustbins provided prior to check out. For stays longer that 5 days, cleaners are available (at a fee) to remove accumulated rubbish and place in the bin store on level LG (-1). If you do not wish to have a cleaner do this, you will be responsible for disposing of your rubbish for the duration of your stay. Noise & Gatherings: Noise disturbances of any kind and gatherings of guests and/or including guests who are not part of the apartment booking will not be tolerated. The apartment has a strict no noise and party policy which must be adhered to. Pre-Check in: Guests are required to digitally sign our rental agreement, verify their ID and provide a damage deposit (which is fully refundable following check out - as long as there are no damages or losses at the apartment. We had a wonderful 6 weeks in the apartment. The management was excellent and great at communicating with us. We had one small issue that was resolved so efficiently and both Elaine and Tiffany were so easy and quick to remedy it

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen the right place. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet after a day of exploring Manchester. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and thoughtful touches that made my stay even more special. I especially appreciated the local tips and quick replies to my questions. This Airbnb truly enhanced my Manchester experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I would happily stay here again on my next trip!

Had an an absolutely amazing time in Manchester and staying at Tiffany and Elaine's apartment was a huge part of the experience! This was an immaculate, inviting and surprisingly spacious home. The bathrooms in particular were luxurious. The entire house was filled with thoughtful and considerate little touches, from fantastic bathroom products to little sweet treats. It takes less than 10 minutes to get downtown by rideshare, but is also within walking distance to so many Manchester attractions. Would love to stay here again!

You can get around very easily and cheaply as attractions are close by. Bus and tram routes are within walking distance. Bikes and scooters can be hired on Ordsall lane. Close to main roads going into Salford and Manchester 2 mins drive away. Free parking available close to apartment however this is not secure and parking spaces are not always available. Paid car parks are available approx 6+ mins walk away via websites like Justpark or Parkme.
